The Gerald Fagan Singers
One of the true chamber choirs in Ontario, the Gerald Fagan Singers' twenty-four performers bring great individual musical background to the ensemble.
Champions of Canadian repertoire, the Fagan Singers performed A Trillium Christmas for over 15 years, showcasing over 200 compositions by Ontario composers.
The Gerald Fagan Singers were the first performing group from the West to travel to Lithuania. Gerald Fagan was awarded the Lithuanian Medal by President Adamkus during their concerts in Vilnius.
They were chosen to perform at Montserrat Monastery and, while in Spain, they were privileged to perform at the incomplete Gaudi Cathedral - the first choir to ever sing in this magnificent edifice.
Highlights of other tours include a performance for the International Bishops' Conference (Canterbury), a performance for the International Trade Commission in Stuttgart and a concert in Avignon at the Pope's Palace on Bastille Day.
This season, the Singers are involved in two compact discs featuring some of the world's finest repertoire for chamber choirs. They also continue to perform numerous concerts in London and South Western Ontario.
